What the reports show
Two Keywords, Each Measured Twice
Each keyword was scanned on a 9 × 9 grid across a five-mile radius — 81 separate searches from 81 points around Redmond, each recording where Anyvision Home Remodeling appeared in the Google Maps results.
All four reports share the exact same grid centre, so every before and after below compares like with like.
Remodeling is a crowded category: the reports track 114 to 131 businesses for these searches. Two numbers carry most of the meaning: the share of the grid where the business sits in the top three, and where it ranks against everyone else Google returns.

In July 2024 the business reached the top three at 4 of 81 points and was not in the top 20 at 36, including the entire western column and most of the two southern rows. By August 2025 it held the top three at 28 points and first place at 10, with a block of first and second places across the middle and east of the grid. The grid centre moved from fifth to third.
The south is still the weak side: most of the bottom two rows sit between 16th and outside the top 20, and 12 points still return nothing in the top 20.

In August 2024 the business reached the top three at 3 of 81 points and was not in the top 20 at 34. By September 2025 it held the top three at 23 points and first place at 8, with a block of first places just east of the grid centre. The grid centre moved from eighth to second.
The same southern rows and the northwest corner remain the weak edge, and 17 points still return nothing in the top 20.

The competitive picture
From the Pack to Second Place
Every report ranks each competitor found in the market by Share of Local Voice, so the position can be stated rather than implied.
For “home remodeling contractor” Anyvision moved from seventeenth of 131 tracked businesses to second of 114. The gap to the leader, Higgason Construction, closed from 30.86 Share of Local Voice points to 1.23. Contemporary Home Construction is level with it on share, at 34.57, and is listed third.
For “home remodel” it moved from nineteenth of 125 to second of 117. Elevated Home Remodel still leads, and the gap closed from 29.63 points to 8.64. Second is the honest description on both keywords.

The Website, and the AI Answers
The grid measures the Map Pack. Search Console measures the website. Over the twelve months to October 2026 the site earned 1,030 clicks from 236,000 impressions in Google Search, with daily impressions rising from around 200 to 400 to roughly 600 to 1,600. Average position across all queries is 22.9, so the website still has room to grow.
Comparing the last six months with the six before, clicks rose from 398 to 629 and impressions from 72,000 to 164,000. Google also reports how often the site appears inside its AI features: 1,580 impressions since 18 May 2026, rising from a handful a day to roughly 10 to 35 from mid-July.
Four captures, tracked in Semrush AI visibility, show what that looks like. On 17 September 2026 ChatGPT’s answer to “Can you recommend the best kitchen remodelers in Redmond WA?” put Anyvision Home Remodeling first on its shortlist, and its answer to “How long does a typical bathroom renovation take in Redmond?” named Anyvision as one of two local options. On 15 September ChatGPT listed it among top-rated Northwest builders for home renovation, and on 9 August Gemini listed it among general contractors in Kirkland.
In all four captures the answer names the business but does not cite the website as a source. The sources the answers do cite are directories and other contractors’ sites, such as Houzz, so there is room for the website itself to be cited.
What produced it
The Work Behind the Grid
Remodeling is a considered purchase. Homeowners compare several contractors, read reviews and increasingly ask an AI assistant for a shortlist before they call anyone, so the business has to be visible in all three places.
The clearest change in the reports is reviews. In July 2024 the profile had 7 reviews. By August 2025 it had 46, still rated 5.0.
