1. 1Acceptance of Terms

   Using this site or engaging Infront - AI means you accept these terms fully.

   These Terms of Service form a binding agreement between you — the client or site visitor — and Infront - AI, operated by Yonatan Ben Moshe, with offices at Gladstonos 47, Limassol, Lemesos 3025, Cyprus. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, do not use this site or engage Infront - AI’s services. Continued use after any published update constitutes acceptance of the revised version.

2. 2Description of Services

   Infront - AI provides search engine optimization and digital visibility services for US-based businesses.

   Services include, but are not limited to: local SEO, Google Maps optimization, Google Business Profile management, and Generative Engine Optimization — the practice of optimizing content to appear in AI-generated search answers from tools such as Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT and Perplexity. The scope of services, meaning the defined set of activities Infront - AI is contracted to deliver within a given engagement, is confirmed in writing before work begins. Services not listed in a signed scope document are excluded from that engagement. Changes to scope require written agreement from both parties.

3. 3Acceptable Use

   This site and Infront - AI’s services are for lawful business purposes only.

   You agree not to use this website or any Infront - AI deliverable to violate any applicable law. You agree not to attempt unauthorized access to Infront - AI’s systems, platforms or client data. You agree not to reproduce, distribute or resell any proprietary methodology, report or content produced by Infront - AI without explicit written consent. Scraping, automated querying and data harvesting from this website are prohibited. Infront - AI reserves the right to terminate access for any client or user who violates these conditions.

4. 4Intellectual Property

   Materials produced by Infront - AI remain Infront - AI’s intellectual property until agreed otherwise.

   Website content, SEO reports, campaign strategies, keyword maps and educational materials published by Infront - AI are protected intellectual property. Upon full payment for a deliverable, the client receives a license to use that deliverable for their own business purposes. That license does not transfer ownership of the underlying methodology or templates. Infront - AI retains the right to reference completed work anonymously for portfolio and case study purposes unless a written confidentiality agreement states otherwise.

5. 5Limitation of Liability

   Infront - AI’s liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service in dispute.

   Infront - AI does not guarantee specific ranking positions, traffic volumes or revenue outcomes from SEO services. Search engine ranking is determined by third-party platforms, including Google, whose algorithms change without notice. In no event shall Infront - AI be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages arising from any service engagement or use of this website. Infront - AI’s maximum liability for any claim is limited to the total fees paid by the client for the specific service period in which the issue occurred. This limitation, the clause defining the maximum financial exposure Infront - AI accepts in the event of a dispute, is a standard element of professional services agreements.

6. 6Indemnification

   Clients agree to hold Infront - AI harmless for claims arising from their own business operations.

   You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Infront - AI, its founder, employees and contractors from any claim, loss, damage or expense — including reasonable legal fees — arising from your use of Infront - AI’s services, your violation of these terms, or any content you provide that infringes a third party’s rights. This includes claims arising from inaccurate business information submitted for use in Google Business Profiles, service pages or directory listings.

7. 7Governing Law

   These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus.

   Infront - AI operates from Gladstonos 47, Limassol, Lemesos 3025, Cyprus. These Terms of Service are governed by and interpreted under the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. For clients based in the United States, applicable US federal or state law does not supersede the governing jurisdiction stated here unless required by a mandatory provision of law in the client’s jurisdiction.

8. 8Dispute Resolution

   Disputes are resolved through direct communication first, then formal process if needed.

   The dispute resolution process begins with direct written communication. Either party may raise a concern in writing to in**@********ai.com. Both parties agree to make a good-faith effort to resolve the matter within 30 days of that written notice. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute shall be submitted to the courts of competent jurisdiction in Limassol, Cyprus, under Cypriot law, unless otherwise required by applicable mandatory law.

9. 9Changes to Terms

   Infront - AI may update these terms and will notify users by posting the revised version.

   Agreement modification rights are exercised by publishing an updated version on this page with a revised effective date. Clients with active engagements will be notified of material changes by email to the address on file. Continued use of Infront - AI’s services after a posted update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.
