What the reports show
Two Keywords, Each Measured Twice
Each keyword was scanned on a 9 × 9 grid across a five-mile radius — 81 separate searches from 81 points around Kissimmee and Hunters Creek, each recording where One Stop Restoration appeared in the Google Maps results.
All four reports share the exact same grid centre, so every before and after below compares like with like.
Restoration is an emergency category: the homeowner calls one of the first names they see, usually within minutes. First place is the number that matters most here.
Exhibit 01 · Under four months
“water damage restoration”
In April 2025 the business already held the top three at 35 of 81 points, but first place at only seven, mostly along the western edge of the grid. By August it held first place at 37 points, with most of the southern half of the grid around Kissimmee and Lake Tohopekaliga in first place, and the top three at 63.
The northern row toward Hunters Creek and Lake Buena Vista is still the weak edge: two points there return nothing in the top 20, and most of that row sits outside the top six.

Exhibit 02 · Eight months
“emergency water extraction”
In June 2025 the business held first place at a single point and the top three at 29. By January 2026 it was found at all 81 points, first at 19 and in the top three at 51, with an unbroken row of first places across the south of the grid.
The north is again the weak side, with points between tenth and fourteenth along the top row. And the leader still holds the top three at every point in the grid.

The competitive picture
Second Only to SERVPRO, and Closing
Every report ranks each competitor found in the market by Share of Local Voice, so the position can be stated rather than implied.
On both keywords, One Stop Restoration moved from third to second, passing Restoration First Services. First place still belongs to SERVPRO of Osceola County, a national franchise. For water damage restoration the gap to it closed from 33.33 Share of Local Voice points to 6.17. For emergency water extraction it closed from 61.73 to 37.04.
SERVPRO still holds the top three at every point on the emergency grid. Second place is the honest description.

The Work Behind the Grid
Restoration has no consideration phase. When water hits the floor, the homeowner calls the first company they trust, so the ranking has to exist before the emergency does.
The clearest change in the reports is reviews. In April 2025 the profile had 14 reviews at 4.7. By August it had 65 at 4.9, and by January 2026, 76 at 5.0. Review volume and entity consistency carry the Map Pack side, which is the work described on our Google Maps optimization page.
